COUNCIL of UNIVERSAL LIGHT & THOUGHT
(hereafter referred to as C.U.L.T.)This GREEN CARD is an authorization and justification of entry to the planet for the below signed Authorized Barer.
The Barer, and E.T. in good standing, is hereby authorized to interact with all asspects of indijinous Life-Forms on the planet known to its inhabitants as EARTH.
Barer is granted all Rights and Privileges of Natural Life-Forms in the Co-Creation of Reality.
Barer is still subject to all Universal Laws.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Barer will have Fun and a Sense of Hummer.
2. Barer agrees to push appropriate "buttons with total integrity.
3. C.U.L.T. agrees to identify appropriate "buttons" to be pushed.
4. Barer will become an expert at working in fog.
5. C.U.L.T. will supply fog.C.U.L.T. and AUTHORIZED BARER's SERVICE REQUIREMENT CONTRACT
1. It may occasionally be necessary for C.U.L.T. to prod with toe of boot to Barer's posterior, of if that doesn't work, to apply a 2-by-4 over the head, to keep Barer in line and on Purpose.
2. Barer and C.U.L.T. agree that Barer will fulfill the Service Requirements specified below.
3. C.U.L.T. will assist Barer in avoiding all the pitfalls of Life on this Most Strange Planet.
4. Barer agrees to commit the following details to Memory, and will only refer to the specifics below when absolutely necessary.
5. C.U.L.T. also provides procedures, below, for the Timely Changer to Barer's Service Contract.
